- Tracking ID / Reference ID
- A unique identifier assigned to your submission upon creation. Use this ID when contacting MSCG about your project. It allows our team to locate your submission quickly and securely.
- Confidential Review
- The process by which MSCG evaluates submitted project information. All submission data is treated as confidential and reviewed internally by authorized personnel only.
- Compliance Pre-Screen
- An initial review step that evaluates whether a submission meets baseline compliance and eligibility criteria before proceeding to full project evaluation.
- SOC 2 Alignment Posture
- MSCG’s operating approach modeled on SOC 2 trust service criteria. This describes our commitment to evidence-minded controls and audit-ready practices. It does not represent a formal SOC 2 certification or compliance attestation.
- Evidence-Minded Controls
- Operational practices designed to produce verifiable records of actions taken. These controls support accountability, traceability, and audit readiness across MSCG operations.
- Structured Engagement
- A formal engagement between MSCG and a project applicant that follows a defined process with clear terms, timelines, and deliverables. Engagement is initiated only after a submission passes review.
- Required Documents
- Supporting materials that must be uploaded as part of a project submission. These typically include financial statements, project summaries, and other materials specified during the submission process.
- Bridge Lending
- Short-term capital solutions designed to fund time-sensitive opportunities, typically with structured repayment terms aligned to project milestones or exit strategies.
- Stabilization Capital
- Financing provided for value-add repositioning and lease-up strategies on transitional assets, structured to support net operating income growth and refinance timelines.
