End-User License Agreement

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Michigan Secure Capital Group (“MSCG”) website, platform, or any associated services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by this End-User License Agreement (“EULA”). If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.

License Grant

MSCG grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose: submitting project information for confidential review and interacting with MSCG’s platform as an authorized user.

Restrictions

You may not: (a) copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Services; (b) reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile any part of the Services; (c) use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data associated with the Services.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and materials available through the Services are the property of MSCG or its licensors. Nothing in this EULA grants you ownership rights in any intellectual property.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. MSCG disclaims all warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MSCG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.

Termination

MSCG may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under this EULA will immediately cease.

Changes to This Agreement

MSCG may update this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.
